NJEDA E-Commerce Technical Assistance Program
Objective:
Through the NJEDA’s pilot E-Commerce Technical Assistance Program in 2020 (in response to the COVID-19 pandemic) and its subsequent 2023 iteration, we work with small businesses in the retail, restaurant, and personal care service areas to upgrade and improve their e-commerce website capabilities. Work included complete website redesigns and rebuilds, as well as creation of new sites for organizations without a web presence. Positive Solutions also supported long-term sustainability by training business owners and staff to effectively use and maintain the implemented solution.
