Michelle has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications for small business, nonprofit, education, and government. Her background in writing, design, and photography allows her to see and address a challenge from a number of experienced perspectives. Michelle loves to laugh, is a proud rescue dog mama and a lifelong NJ Devils fan who enjoys live music, travel, and strong coffee.

Born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey, Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Multimedia Communications from Rider University.

Frankie is an experienced marketer hailing from Oxford, England originally. With experience in both sports and higher education marketing, she also spent over 10 years in the hospitality industry as a seasoned chef. She earned an Associate's degree in Hospitality Management from Mercer County Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Rider University. Frankie specializes in project management, search engine marketing and social media.

Lisa has been writing, editing, and developing content for over 20 years. She is a recovering academic who taught writing at Drew University and Fairleigh and Dickinson University before making a go of writing in the real world. She has served as an editor on multiple platforms and various topics including medical, finance, travel, home improvement, and lifestyle. She has also applied her writing abilities to marketing and communications initiatives including partnering with Fortune 500 companies and managing social media accounts.

Whether in print, online, or through social media, Lisa enjoys creating and sharing the written word. She is also a self-proclaimed geek and loves Star Wars, Harry Potter, Marvel, musical theater, and Shakespeare. 

Yesid is a 25-year veteran of the media industry with experience in graphic design, print media, video, photography, and online platforms. During his career, Yesid has demonstrated a unique ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape and deliver consistent results. Yesid’s fluency in Spanish is critical to Positive Solution’s success, as we continue to expand our capacity to communicate effectively with new audiences. Yesid has been recognized with awards from the Society for News Design, Pennsylvania News Media Association and the National Association of Hispanic Publications.

Ryan Corbin is a distinguished expert in marketing technology and a seasoned web designer and developer, celebrated for crafting innovative strategies and dynamic, user-friendly websites for leading brands. Since joining Positive Solutions in 2023, he has combined his expertise in web development with cutting-edge SaaS tools to enhance marketing impact. His innovative approach and deep understanding of emerging trends have positioned him as a leader in the ever-evolving Martech landscape.

Alye specializes in creating responsive and user-friendly websites for businesses and organizations. She believes that great design is about more than just aesthetics; it's about creating an intuitive user experience that meets the needs of the user and tells a unique story. Alye has a BFA in Film/Video from The City College of New York and a Master’s in Liberal Studies from Duke University.

Vincent D’Amico is a multidisciplinary web developer and designer with nearly two decades of experience crafting performant, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences. He combines a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development with a refined eye for design, creating seamless user experiences from concept to execution. Vincent is well-versed in a wide range of development tools and design software, allowing him to adapt to the needs of any project with efficiency and creativity.

Based in Astoria, New York, Vincent is also involved in indie game development and modding as a creative outlet. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring emerging open-source tools and sharing insights with developer communities. His approach blends technical precision with creative vision, resulting in digital solutions that are both robust and engaging.

Kelsey is a skilled website designer and developer with a background in advertising, giving her a unique edge in crafting innovative strategies that blend creativity with measurable results. She not only excels in creating visually impactful, user-friendly designs but also integrates smart SEO practices to help websites rank higher in search results. By combining her eye for design with strategic marketing insight, Kelsey ensures every site she builds is both beautiful and highly effective.

Eliza has been designing and building websites for over 20 years and genuinely loves every bit of it. With a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Multimedia, she has always been equally at home in code and in design. She started her career as a freelancer in 2005, fell in love with the craft, and never really stopped. She is now based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

Eliza is passionate about web design and development, building her own apps and plugins, and working closely with clients to bring their vision to life. She believes the best websites are built on strong relationships and clear communication, and she brings that same level of care and intention to every project. Outside of work she is deeply rooted in her church community and family, and loves handcrafting her own soaps and candles, experimenting in the kitchen, and tending to her ever-growing collection of plants.
