NJ Office of the Courts Pre-Foreclosure Campaign
Objective
Work with the NJ Courts to develop and execute a comprehensive, bilingual (English and Spanish) digital, audio and out-of-home marketing campaign focused on raising awareness across NJ regarding the availability of free, pre-foreclosure assistance, placing an emphasis on regions with the highest rates of foreclosure (Camden, Essex, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties, as well as the City of Trenton).
Results
Created copy and graphic design for bilingual English and Spanish campaign creative to appeal to a statewide audience
Secured statewide media placement through digital advertising tactics and out-of-home billboard advertising
Created audio scripts and recorded ads to be distributed across over-the-air radio on 28 NJ stations via iHeartRadio’s Total Traffic and Weather Network (including bonus PSA placements), four NJ stations via Press Communications, as well as digital streaming/on-demand audio and podcasts
Secured strategically placed billboards along high traffic areas in the 5 areas of New Jersey with the highest rates of foreclosure: Camden, Essex, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties, as well as the City of Trenton.
